has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, lines 19 and 20, strike "ADDING AN EXCEPTION TO THE PROCUREMENT CODE;".

    2. On page 17, strike line 25, strike pages 18 through 23 and on page 24, strike line 1.

    3. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
